An online soundproof room is a sound insulation testing device designed for manufacturing workshops with testing requirements for products. It undergoes acoustic treatment inside to become a small, low-noise chamber, where small low-noise products such as precision instruments, motors, audio equipment, transformers, and more can be tested.

1. The main structure of the online silent room is a shockproof frame type, utilizing modular assembly for easy installation and disassembly.

The main structure is made of square steel, with the outer panels made of environmentally friendly high-quality steel plate; the interior uses micro-perforated sound-absorbing panels, incorporating high-quality sound-absorbing cotton, insulation materials, and damping coatings to effectively absorb sound and enhance the noise reduction effect at low frequencies.

3. Entry and exit doors, observation windows are sealed with sealing strips at the joint surfaces; silent external seams are sealed with aluminum alloy strips, ensuring both aesthetic and practicality.

4. The online silent room is a hexahedron with personnel entrance and exit soundproof doors, material pneumatic doors, and observation windows for monitoring the operation of internal equipment.

5. Install an indoor ventilation and noise reduction system or air conditioning to ensure the room temperature increase remains within a controllable range.

6. Lighting is equipped with explosion-proof and dust-proof fluorescent lamps.
