I. Overview
The LT-551 ceramic water absorption tester conforms to GB/T3810.3-2016 and ISO10545-3—1995 for measuring water absorption, apparent porosity, apparent relative density, and bulk density. It employs the vacuum method to determine the water absorption, apparent porosity, and volume density of tableware ceramics, building ceramics, electrical ceramics, and refractory materials. It also meets the testing conditions for the vacuum water absorption test method in Appendix C of GB/T17794-2008 for flexible foam rubber thermal insulation products.

Note: Includes one vacuum testing device and one sample holder. Buyer to provide a 2000g/0.01g water level balance. Additional cost applies if supplier is to provide one.
