Scope of Application

Test equipment for evaluating the combustion properties of plastic and non-plastic materials. Suitable for laboratory determination of combustion properties of plastic and non-plastic specimens under 50W flame conditions, either horizontally or vertically.

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Touch Screen + PLC Control, for multifunctional control/detection/calculation/data display

2. High Automation: Automatically records test time, displays test results, counts down, auto-ignites, and the Bunsen burner automatically retracts after flame application. Optional to turn off gas.

3. At startup, you can choose whether to auto-ignite.

4. The model features touch screen control for forward, backward, up, and down adjustments. Start, stop, gas, timing, ignition, save, save, lighting, and exhaust are all controlled via the touch screen, with a simple touch of the finger to complete the test.

5. Timing button paired with PLC for automatic recording and storage of combustion consumption time

6. The testing time is automatically recorded, and test results are generated.

The horizontal and vertical combustion test programs can be toggled on the touchscreen, test results can be stored within the touchscreen, and can be queried.

Bunsen burner with automatic ignition and timer, with customizable ignition time (pre-settable on the touch screen).

Before lighting, the Bunsen burner can be set to auto-ignition.

The Bunsen burner automatically retracts after flame application, and the retraction can be optionally set to turn off the gas.
