Machine Model: LT-410 Type Wire Heating Test Instrument I. Overview of Hot Wire Tester
The LT-410 Hot Wire Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Hot Wire Test Method" as specified in IEC60695, GB5169.10-11, and GB4706.1 standards. It is suitable for fire hazard testing of electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and their materials, simulating the thermal stress caused by hot elements or overloaded resistors, etc., as heat or ignition sources in a short period of time. This instrument features steel structure coating, imported meter display, easy operation, and stable performance, and is suitable for use by quality inspection departments and related enterprises for flammability testing. It is commonly used for plug and socket electrical appliances and their components, as well as for solid electrical insulating materials or other solid combustible materials. Refer to the following test standards: GB/T5169.10-13-2006, IEC60695-2-10-13:2000, GB/T2099.1-2008, VDE0620, GB/T4706.1-2005, UL817. Testing Method: Heat a standard resistive wire loop to the specified temperature and then bring the hot wire into contact with the test sample under the test conditions.
