One, Features and Applications: This machine is suitable for pressing various molded products such as rubber and plastic, as well as thin sheet products.

Two, Performance Features:

1. The equipment features a four-column integral structure, with a downward (upward) pressing style. It is divided into three parts: the main unit, oil tank, and electrical control box. The main unit is equipped with plungers, oil cylinders, fixed plates, and movable plates, among other components.

2. The fuel tank is equipped with components such as a fuel pump, pipes, and valves. The fuel pump is driven by an electric motor, and the control box is fitted with a button switch, magnetic starter, timer alarm, braking temperature controller, overload protector, and more.

3. Electric heating is controlled by an automatic temperature controller, divided into three temperature control paths, and can be adjusted freely within the range of 20-300 degrees. Once the temperature is reached, the circuit automatically maintains a constant temperature.

4. After the vulcanization time is reached, the equipment automatically alarms and prompts.
