The 50-ton pressure forming machine is a high-capacity pressure forming equipment, used for vulcanizing various rubber products, as well as for pressing hard rubber and plastic products. The semi-machine boasts advantages such as compact structure and easy operation.
The electric heating is controlled and displayed by the TED-2301 temperature indicator regulator, featuring high control accuracy, intuitive temperature display, and easy adjustment.

3. Utilizing a parallel oil supply system with a low-pressure, high-flow gear pump and a high-pressure, low-flow gear pump ensures rapid heating of the heat plate while also conserving electricity.
4. Rubber Plate Vulcanizing MachineUtilizing an automatic pressure supplement device ensures the stability of product quality.
