I. Touchscreen Control Melt Flow Indexer Instruction:
This Melt Flow Indexer features a 4.3 TFT color touchscreen operation, PID temperature control, enhanced temperature stability, and uniformity. Various upgrades and improvements have been made compared to the older model, with the control section upgraded to 4.3.4 TFT touch, and the core components produced to meet the standards specified in ASTM1238. It also complies with GB 3682 and other standards. The test temperature range has been increased from the previous 400℃ to 600℃, and the built-in program control is more user-friendly.

III. Purpose of Melt Index Gauge with Touch Screen Control:
Used to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) of various plastics and resins in their molten state, it is suitable for high melting temperature engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, and nylon, as well as for testing lower melting temperature plastics like polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), and polycarbonate (PC) resins. Widely applied in plastic production, plastic product manufacturing, petrochemical industries, and related educational institutions, research units, and inspection and quarantine departments.
The Melt Index Gauge is suitable for determining the melt mass flow rate of thermoplastic materials as specified in the standard "Designation: D 1238-04 Standard Test Method for Melt Flow Rates of Thermoplastics by Extrusion Plastometer." This standard is identical to the provisions adopted, and also meets the test standards for the determination of melt mass flow rate of thermoplastics as specified in ISO 1133:1997 and GB/T 3682-2000.
