Machine Model: LT-901C Type Touchscreen-Controlled Cantilever Beam Impact Tester
I. Product Applications
The LT-901C cantilever beam impact tester is a type of pendulum impact tester, used to determine the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, plastic electrical appliances, and insulating materials. It is a commonly used equipment for quality inspection in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and manufacturers of non-metallic materials. The machine is characterized by its simple structure, ease of operation, and high testing accuracy. It meets the requirements of ISO 179 and GB 1043 standards. The cantilever beam pendulum impact tester utilizes circular grating angle measurement technology, featuring high precision, good stability, and a wide measurement range. It digitally measures impact strength, pre-impact angle, uplift angle, and average values, automatically corrects energy loss, and offers printing of test reports.
This machine complies with the international standard ISO 180-1992 "Plastics — Determination of impact strength of rigid plastics by the pendulum method", the national standard GB/T 1843-1996 "Test methods for impact test of rigid plastics", and the machinery industry standard JB/T 8761-1998 "Impact test machine for plastics".
