I. Overview of Metal Impact Tester
The JB-300B type 300J metal impact tester is a product developed strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of pendulum impact testers." It conducts impact tests on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Impact test method for metal Charpy notches" and undergoes factory inspection according to JJG145-2007 "Pendulum impact tester." The cross-sectional area of the specimens used is 10*10MM. It is mainly used for testing black metals with high impact toughness, particularly steel and its alloys. It is widely applied in the testing, scientific research, and production of industries such as metrology, mechanical manufacturing, metallurgy, pressure vessels, and colleges and universities. The testing principle of this product is to display the difference between the potential energy before and after the pendulum impact on the scale, thereby obtaining the absorbed work of the tested specimen. Operation is semi-automatic, easy to use, and highly efficient. The remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the specimen can automatically swing up, and it further demonstrates its* properties when conducting continuous impact tests on specimens.
