The Oil Seal Trim Machine is specifically designed for the trimming and唇 processing of high-end rubber seal ring shapes, an integrated electromechanical product that combines precision machining and automatic control. It utilizes suction cups to hold round workpieces and cuts with blades. It is suitable for the precise trimming of the outer diameter of skeleton oil seals and the accurate forming of the inner lip edges, capable of chamfering and flat cutting. Workpieces processed by this machine offer advantages such as fine appearance, accurate dimensions, and high concentricity.

This unit features a PLC programming control system and an electromagnetic clutch motor, offering strong anti-interference capabilities, sensitive response, high reliability, stable speed, long service life, and easy operation.
