A gas heat transfer oil furnace is a new type of special boiler with low-pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of heating temperatures up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. It can be used for heating in various production processes that require uniform and stable heating and do not allow direct flame heating, within the temperature range of 150°C to 380°C. The furnace operates using gas as fuel and heat transfer oil as the medium, employing a circulating oil pump to force the medium into liquid-phase circulation. It transfers heat energy to the heating equipment and then returns to the furnace for reheating. This process allows for high working temperatures at low pressure and offers high-precision control of the medium's operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate, is easy to operate and maintain due to its modular overall installation, and is an ideal, safe, efficient, and energy-saving heating equipment. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner to produce a high-temperature flame, which enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. After passing through the rear of the inner coil, it rotates 180° forward into the annular space between the inner and outer tubes, creating a convective heating surface. It then enters the second annular space between the middle and outer tubes at the top of the annular space, and exits at the rear of the second annular space into the chimney to be released into the atmosphere.
