The inner tank of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tank is equipped with a safety system device featuring dual safety valves. Under normal operating conditions, one set is in operation and the other in standby. If the safety valve in operation trips, the manual pressure relief valve is immediately opened to relieve pressure below the tank's operating pressure. Simultaneously, the safety device is swiftly switched to the standby system using the manual handle, effectively ensuring the tank's safety. The inner container is used for storing low-temperature liquid natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The intermediate layer is filled with pearl sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system is capable of withstanding the relevant external forces during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The tank bottom is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation.

Vacuum Degree:
One, the inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel liner are degreased and pickled, the carbon steel shell is sandblasted and rust-removed on both inner and outer surfaces, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance lifespan, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, reducing the air release from the sandwich, thereby guaranteeing the vacuum degree's longevity.
Two, prior to sand filling, perform a unique dehydration pretreatment on pearl sand, and heat the sandwich layer by nitrogen gas displacement treatment, significantly reducing the gas emission source.
