The design, manufacturing, and supervision of the boiler strictly adhere to the "Regulations for Safety Supervision of Steam Boilers," JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers," and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers," ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.
2. The body features a full-wet back, single-pass, three-return smoke tube structure. The flame burns in the large combustion chamber at a slight positive pressure, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions.

4. All main welds are joined by butt welding and have been inspected for non-destructive testing with X-rays and ultrasonic methods, ensuring the welding quality meets national standards.
