High-temperature insulation ultra-fine glass wool is used to minimize heat loss. An intelligent energy-saving control system is adopted to control the boiler and steam (water) supply system, adjusting fuel supply based on different loads for greater energy savings. The installation is a complete quick-installation boiler, with minimal vibration, no special foundation requirements, and does not require anchor bolts, making installation simple and straightforward. The mobile furnace head structure is compatible with various burners, allowing for easy replacement of the furnace head and convenient maintenance of the furnace body. The front and rear smoke boxes are designed with removable structures, facilitating easy internal inspection, maintenance, and care of the boiler, which is simple and convenient. 1. The design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection of the boiler are strictly conducted in accordance with the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers," JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers," and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers," ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.
2. The body features a potshell-type full-wet back downstream three-pass flue gas tube structure. The flame burns in a slightly positive pressure within the large combustion chamber, fully extending, with low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions.
3. Wave-shaped furnace core and threaded flue structure, which enhances strength while also accommodating the expansion needs of each part.
4. All main welds are joined by butt welding and have been inspected for non-destructive testing with X-ray and ultrasonic methods, ensuring the welding quality meets national standards.
5. The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, with strong load adaptation capability. The design of the internal equipment ensures that the steam moisture content is below 4%, meeting the higher quality requirements of the steam for the users.

Boilers feature multiple safety protections: electric leakage protection, which automatically cuts off power; overheat protection, which stops the burner and sounds an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature; secondary overheat protection, which cuts off the secondary circuit and stops the boiler when the outer shell temperature exceeds 105℃; dry burn protection, which monitors the water level in real-time with a precise water level electrode rod, stopping the boiler and preventing dry burn if the water level reaches or falls below the critically low level for other reasons.
