Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Corrosion Protection, also known as epoxy glass fiber corrosion protection for waste water tanks, sewage pools, chemical solution pools, and waste water treatment stations.
Applicable Areas: Inner and outer walls, floors, and ceilings of various tanks at wastewater treatment stations; liquid storage tanks, pressure filter tanks, etc.
Construction Techniques:
1. Wall Treatment: Repair and sandblast the original pool walls using a grinder.
2. Prime Coat: Apply the mixed resin material evenly to the wall using a roller, ensuring complete penetration and strong adhesion to form a waterproof and anti-corrosion resin base layer.
3. Laying Fabric: Spread the glass fiber flat on the primer, then apply a layer of resin over the glass fiber, ensuring even, complete coverage without bubbles (apply a layer of resin after each spread). After the resin cures, use a grinder to remove any lifted fabric edges between layers, achieving a smooth surface.
4. Intermediate Coating: After the glass fiber layer is fully cured, remove surface burrs and protrusions, then apply the pre-mixed intermediate coating evenly onto the glass fiber layer using a roller, forming a flat, color-filling resin layer.
5. Surface Coating: After the intermediate resin cures, use a grinder to sand down the entire surface and clean it thoroughly.
