The GD300Q fully automatic soft candy production line is a space-saving compact machine that requires only a length (14m) * width (2m) to install. It can produce up to 85,000 soft candies per hour, including the entire process of boiling, pouring, and cooling, and is perfectly suited for small to medium-sized production operations.
Boiling System
The boiling pots and storage tanks are designed on the frame for easy operation and cleaning. The electric control cabinet controls the processes of stirring, boiling, mixing, and storage. The jacketed pot is used for dissolving raw materials,SugarPulp, sugar, water, gelatin powder, etc. Place in the pot, melt, boil, and bring to a specific temperature. Then, transfer the mixture to the storage tank via a pump to ensure continuous production. The pot and stand are made entirely of stainless steel. The jacketed pot can be heated electrically or with steam; the water tank is equipped with a heating rod, connected to the hot water tank, slightly reducing and maintaining the material temperature to ensure uniform liquid temperature. The cooked syrup is then pumped to the casting machine.
Gating and cooling equipment
The casting machine includes a casting head, mold circuit, and cooling tunnel. The boiled syrup is stored in a casting hopper with insulation – for each casting. The candy is drawn into the pump cylinder's main body by the upward movement of the piston and then passes through a ball valve on the downward stroke. The mold circuit moves continuously, with the entire casting head reciprocating to follow its motion. All movements of the head are servo-driven – for precision and driven, and mechanically connected to maintain consistency. The cooling tunnel is located behind the casting machine, with a discharge unit below the casting head. Unused sugar processing and cleaning are very convenient, and the candy generally needs to pass through the cooling tunnel. In both cases, when the candy exits the cooling tunnel, it is in a final solid state.
Quick-release mold
Molds are made of aluminum alloy material and coated with Teflon or silicon, making them easy to dismantle quickly and clean.
