The GD150Q fully automatic soft candy production line is a space-saving compact machine that requires only a length of (16m) * width of (3m) for installation. It can produce up to 42,000 soft candies per hour, including the entire process of cooking, pouring, and cooling, making it highly suitable for small and medium-sized production operations.
Boiling System
The boiling pots and storage tanks are designed on the frame for easy operation and cleaning. The electric control cabinet controls the mixing, boiling, blending, and storage processes. Double-layer pots are used for dissolving raw materials, sugar, water, gel powder, etc. Place them in the pot, melt, boil, and bring to a certain temperature before transferring through a pump to the storage tank to ensure continuous production. The pots and frames are made entirely of stainless steel. The double-layer pots can be heated electrically or with steam; the water tank is equipped with a heating rod, connected to the hot water tank through pipes, slightly lowering and maintaining the material temperature to ensure uniform liquid temperature. The syrup after boiling is transported to the pouring machine via a pump.
Gating and Cooling Equipment
The casting machine includes a casting head, mold circuit, and cooling tunnel. The cooked syrup is stored in a casting hopper with insulation – for each casting. The candy is drawn into the main body of the pump cylinder by the upward movement of the piston, then passes through a ball valve on the downward stroke. The mold circuit moves continuously, with the entire casting head reciprocating to follow its motion. All movements of the head are servo-driven – powered for precision and mechanically connected to maintain consistency. The cooling tunnel is located behind the casting machine, with a discharging device below the casting head. Unused sugar industry cleaning is very convenient, and the candy generally needs to pass through the cooling tunnel. In both cases, when the candy emerges from the cooling tunnel, it is in a final solid state.
