Polyurethane coated soft rollers are the core components of the color coated thin plate production line, made from low-hardness polyurethane elastomers covering the roller core, specifically designed for precise coating on sheet surfaces. Their hardness can be controlled within ±1 degree (e.g., Shore 15-95), offering excellent solvent resistance, resilience, and swelling consistency, capable of meeting high-speed coating requirements of over 120 meters per minute. Compared to traditional rubber rollers, their wear resistance is improved by 5-10 times, and their tear resistance and weather resistance are significantly enhanced, effectively reducing paint loss and ensuring a coating free of air bubbles and impurities. They are widely used in high-precision coating scenarios such as home appliance color panels. This product has achieved domestic substitution, solving the problem of dependence on imports.
