Polyurethane-supported roller is an industrial roller component with a metal roller core as the base and a surface coated with polyurethane elastomer. It is primarily used in material conveying systems for heavy-duty production lines such as steel and aluminum strips. Its core function is to support the strip material during high-speed operation, preventing sagging and misalignment, while also protecting the material surface from scratches. Features include:

‌       High Abrasion Resistance: The polyurethane layer offers 5-10 times the abrasion resistance of traditional rubber rollers, suitable for high-line speed conditions.

       2. Environmental Adaptability: Withstanding temperatures from -40℃ to 80℃ and resistant to oil, acid, and alkali corrosion, ensuring long-term stable operation.

       3. Structural Stability: Utilizes high-strength adhesive bonding technology (adhesive strength ≥12MPa) to prevent delamination failure. This roller is often used in conjunction with tension rollers and guide rollers to optimize production line compactness and enhance transmission efficiency.
