Polyurethane Correction Roll

Polyurethane bias roller is an industrial biasing device with a metallic roller core as its base and a surface coated with polyurethane elastomer. Its core function is to correct the deviation of strip materials (such as steel plates, aluminum strips) during high-speed operation. Its characteristics include:
1. High-intensity bias correction capability: Relying on the high resilience (rebound rate ≥95%) and wear resistance (3-5 times that of rubber) of polyurethane, it can withstand high line pressure and quickly reset, with forced bias correction accuracy reaching the millimeter level.
2. Stable bonding structure: Utilizes composite bonding technology, with bonding strength ≥12MPa, to prevent delamination and failure under high-speed operating conditions.
3. Wide Industrial Compatibility: Suitable for fixed/variable deflection center single/dual roller correction stands, compatible with heavy-duty production lines such as steel and aluminum processing, with temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃. This device significantly enhances the processing efficiency and yield of strip materials, and is a core component of the correction system.
