Polyurethane roller is an industrial conveying component with a metallic roller core as the base and a surface composite of polyurethane elastomer, featuring high elasticity (rebound rate ≥ 95%) and high strength (tear strength ≥ 50N/mm). It is suitable for material conveying systems in logistics, metallurgy, food and other industries. Its core advantages include:

4. Durable Structure: Utilizing composite bonding technology, with an adhesive strength of ≥12MPa to prevent delamination failure. The surface can be designed with anti-slip patterns to enhance friction coefficient to 0.8-1.28. This component achieves ±1mm positioning accuracy through precision machining and is widely used in automated sorting and production line conveyance applications.
