Polyurethane Soft Foam

Polyurethane soft foam is the most widely used type of soft, elastic foam plastic in polyurethane products. It primarily features open-cell structure, with low density and excellent resilience. It has sound-absorbing, breathable, and cushioning properties. The main raw material is low-functional polyether polyols, which are formed through physical or chemical foaming. The production process is divided into two types: continuous block foaming and mold injection molding. It is extensively used in furniture padding, mattresses, car seats, soundproof materials, and packaging cushioning layers. Derivative types include high-resilience foam, slow-resilience foam, etc., to meet different load-bearing and comfort requirements.
