Wastewater Treatment Pond Blades

Wastewater treatment pond blade cleaning must follow the following procedure and technical points:
1. Pretreatment and Safety Protection: Close the inlet valve and drain the pool, then use a gas detector to confirm that toxic gas concentration is below 10ppm after forced ventilation. Workers must wear positive pressure respirators and chemical suits, and establish a caution area.
2. Mechanical Cleaning Technology
Utilize high-pressure water jets (pressure ≥ 15MPa) to rinse off debris from the blade surface, simultaneously using a vacuum truck to suction out sludge.
Tenacious deposits can be physically removed using a scraper or steel brush, without damaging the blade structure.
3. Sludge Disposal: The cleaned sludge, after centrifugal dewatering (with the addition of 0.3% cationic PAM for enhanced effect), is transported and disposed of in accordance with hazardous waste standards. A restart of the equipment and verification of its operating stability are required upon completion of the cleaning.
