This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulating low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container is used for storing low-temperature liquefied natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The gap is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand external forces during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. The stainless steel is purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant's stainless steel plate, the leading manufacturer in China with guaranteed quality. The pipe material is supplied by Anhui TianDa Steel Tube, the first supplier of domestic stainless steel bright pipes. 2. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels." The cutting is done with a CNC plasma cutting machine, strictly controlling the geometric dimensions of the cylindrical sections. 3. Both longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using submerged arc welding, with good external appearance and 100% X-ray inspection of the inner lining. Vacuum Level: 1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner shell are descaled and pickled, and the outer surfaces of the carbon steel shell are grit-blasted, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance, and enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance while reducing the release of gas in the gap, ensuring the longevity of the vacuum. 2. A unique dehydration pretreatment is applied to the pearlescent sand before filling, and the gap is heated and nitrogen-purged, significantly reducing the gas source. 3. Sand filling uses vacuum filling and positive pressure compaction techniques to ensure uniformity of the gap's pearlescent sand. 4. A unique vacuum extraction process is employed, greatly shortening the evacuation time of the inner shell and gap, ensuring that the vacuum level meets or exceeds national standards. The tank's vacuum level is guaranteed to not require reprocessing for 3 to 5 years. Appearance: 1. Elbows are bent on a CNC elbow bending machine, strictly ensuring geometric dimensions. Elbows are not used for pipe connections, significantly reducing pipe resistance and enhancing the aesthetics of the outer piping system. 2. Paint is applied using Jotun, a world-renowned brand, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring paint longevity and equipment appearance quality.
