Product Introduction
A long-fiber ultra-fine fiber mat is a well-structured and high-performance filtration material, made from glass fiber. It is produced by needling the short-cut glass fiber felt after carding, using mechanical methods to intertwine the fibers between the felt layers and between the felt and the reinforcing glass fiber base fabric, thereby reinforcing the fiber web into a nonwoven felt filtration material.

1. Excellent thermal insulation: According to physical principles, gases have low thermal conductivity, and good thermal insulation materials have numerous air pockets within. Long fiber ultra-fine fiber blankets contain countless tiny gas particles and fibers are arranged irregularly, making them ideal as insulation materials.
2. Non-combustible: The main component of glass fiber is silicate (accounting for over 50%), which is non-flammable, non-deformable, non-crazed, and can withstand high temperatures up to 700℃.

Excellent sound absorption rate: When sound waves penetrate the long fiber ultra-fine fiber mat, their energy is absorbed in large quantities due to friction with the fibers and varying-sized air pockets. Generally speaking, the sound absorption rate is over 90%, making it an excellent choice for preventing noise interference.

Application
Long-fiber ultra-fine fiber mats are used in the automotive industry for soundproofing, sound absorption, vibration reduction, and flame retardancy, mainly in industrial filtration applications; high-temperature flue gas filtration; long-fiber glass wool needle felts are widely used in the flue gas purification and dust recovery of various bag filters in industries such as carbon black, steel, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, and incineration.
