Alumina Silicate Ceramic Fiber Paper is made from selected alumina silicate ceramic fiber cotton using wet molding technology. It improves the slag removal and drying processes based on traditional techniques, featuring non-asbestos, uniformly distributed fibers, clean white color, no delamination, fewer slag balls (six-time centrifugal slag removal), flexible bulk density adjustment based on application, high strength (including reinforced fibers), good elasticity, and strong machinability. It is suitable for insulation, heat preservation, sealing, electrical insulation, sound absorption, and filtration in high-temperature environments.

Typical Applications: High-temperature thermal insulation materials for various industrial furnaces, steel ladles, casting drums, and submerged nozzles; electrical insulation and thermal insulation materials for industrial electric furnaces; sealing materials for furnace doors and expansion joints of furnace bodies; lining for aluminum casting molds; delamination materials for microcrystalline glass and heat-fused (bent) glass; high-temperature gasket raw materials; sound-absorbing and thermal insulation materials for automotive mufflers, heat-insulating materials for exhaust pipes, and isolation materials to prevent sintering, etc.
