Silicate composite thermal insulation material is a new type of insulation material, composed of natural mineral magnesium silicate and asbestos fiber, supplemented with chemical additives and high-temperature adhesives. It is manufactured through a process of pulping, molding, shaping, drying, finishing, and packaging. This product combines a closed micro-porous structure with a mesh-like fiber structure for efficient insulation. It can be used over a long period within its temperature range without aging, degrading, or losing its odorless and non-toxic properties. It maintains excellent thermal insulation performance. It features lightweight, low thermal conductivity, cold insulation, heat insulation, vibration resistance, and sound absorption.
II. Main Applications
Silicate boards, felts, and tubes are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, petrochemicals, shipping, textiles, transportation, thermal power, and construction. Compared to other insulation materials, they offer the advantages of being lightweight, easy to install, easily cut to size, adaptable to shapes, environmentally friendly, non-irritating to the skin, and zero waste during installation.
