Production Process
Alumina-silicate needled felt is produced by melting bauxite and coal gangue at high temperatures to remove impurities, spinning them into fibers, and then undergoing processes such as heat setting, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and rolling. The products are categorized into: general type, standard type, high purity type, high aluminum type, zirconium-aluminum type, and zirconium-containing type. The alumina-silicate needled felt does not use any binders, ensuring excellent reliability and stability in various environments.
Guoyang's glass wool needled felt has even diameter, long fibers, and low slag content. The needle-punching process enhances the interweaving of the fibers, resulting in better resistance to delamination and wind. Our products, made with high-purity raw materials, improve toughness and tensile strength, reducing material waste. The needled felts with different contents, bulk densities, and thicknesses provide a wide range of material options for customers.
