Material characteristics:
Particle size: For large particles (e.g., >100mm), a large opening sampler head and a powerful crusher must be selected.
Humidity: High humidity materials require anti-blockage design (e.g., increase the slope of the chute, add vibration devices).
Belt Specifications:
Width: The sampling head must cover the full width of the belt (e.g., if the belt width is 1200mm, the sampling head width ≥ 1300mm).
Inclination: Generally ≤15°; for high inclination scenarios, a special anti-sample-slip structure design is required.
Detection Accuracy:
High precision requirements (e.g., calorific value error ≤ ±1%) necessitate an increased number of sampling instances (recommendation: ≥30 times/batch) or a multi-level sub-sampling configuration.
Compliance:
Export projects must comply with ISO, ASTM standards, and domestic projects must meet GB/T 19494, GB 50074, and other specifications.
