- Material Characteristics:
- Particle size: For large particles (e.g., >100mm), a large opening sampler head and a powerful crusher must be selected.
- Humidity: High humidity materials require anti-blocking design (e.g., increased incline of chutes, additional vibration devices).
- Belt Parameters:
- Width: The sampling head must cover the full width of the belt (e.g., if the belt width is 1200mm, the sampling head width ≥ 1300mm).
- Inclination: Generally ≤15°; for high inclination scenarios, a special design to prevent sample slippage is required.
- Detection Accuracy:
- High precision requirements (e.g., calorific value error ≤ ±1%) necessitate an increase in the number of samples (recommended ≥ 30 per batch) or the configuration of multi-level sub-sampling.
- Compliance:
- Export projects must comply with ISO, ASTM standards, and domestic projects must meet GB/T 19494, GB 50074, and other regulations.
