The Disordered Light Stress Analyzer is suitable for elastic scattering light tests of ion-exchanged strengthened chemically tempered glass from Li to Na+ ions. When the glass is strengthened with a mixture of KNO3 and NaNO3, the FSM method should be used to measure the K+ layer. The 6000LE and Na+ layers should be measured using the SLP-1000. These data can be combined with specialized software. This instrument is used to measure the stress of glass layers with Li and Na ion exchange, utilizing a laser light source with a wavelength of 640nm.
