Product Detailed Description: Application Range: The horizontal tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile and constant load tensile tests and can be used for anchor chains, hooks, electrical porcelain bottles, wire ropes, cables, optical fibers, rods, ropes, and other products or materials for tensile strength testing. The microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine features an integral steel plate welding frame structure. A single rod double-acting oil cylinder applies the test force through two tension rods on a force application bracket. The front and rear clamps hold the sample hydraulically. High-precision load sensors measure the force. The clamping body can adjust the tensile space in steps based on the sample specification length. The computer can program the test steps according to user requirements and display the test force and curve on the screen. The machine automatically processes test data according to the requirements of the test method. It is mainly used for tensile and compression tests of special components and metal standard samples.

The complete unit consists of: the main unit, servo oil source system, control cabinet section, electrical system, measurement and control system, protective section, and auxiliary equipment section, etc.
II. Main Unit Section:
The main unit is composed of components such as hydraulic cylinders, cylinder bases, cross beams, front and rear pull head bodies, and high-precision load sensors. The cylinder base is fixed to a steel plate welded frame, forming a load-bearing frame with the rear moving chuck body. The front and rear chuck bodies are equipped with cherry-shaped clamping fixtures to hold the specimen's ends. A single-rod double-acting low-friction cylinder, under the action of hydraulic oil, pushes the cross beam, rod, and front chuck body, thereby applying the test force to the specimen. The rear chuck body is connected to the load-bearing frame with a pin, and the rear pull head is equipped with a mobile trolley for manually moving the rear chuck body, adjusting the test space, and manually securing the test space with a pin.
Section 3: Servo Oil Supply (Pump Station) System
The oil source system consists of four major parts: an oil pump motor assembly, an oil tank (including valve groups and supporting facilities), a pipeline system, and a strong electrical system. The oil pump motor assembly utilizes a load-adaptive energy-saving oil circuit system with a flat layout. The entire system is designed according to principles of energy conservation and simple layout, equipped with electronic oil temperature and level gauges, precise pressure filters, air filters, and indicators for oil temperature, liquid level, and oil resistance. It also includes corresponding high-precision oil filtering devices and an independent air-cooling unit. Furthermore, it features a control, measurement, and display system.
