JZ-6012 Electric Punching Machine
I. Overview
The JZ-6012 type rubber-plastic electric punch is a new electric punch developed based on our manual and pneumatic punch machines. Simply connect it to a 220V power source, and it can produce dumbbell specimens for rubber, plastic, wire and cable samples. It overcomes the limitations of manual models requiring great strength and pneumatic models requiring on-site compressed air. Smaller in size, greater cutting force, and more convenient testing methods!
The JZ-6012 Electric Punching Machine is a reliable assistant for laboratory sample preparation!

Dumbbell Trimming Knife Usage Precautions on the Blank Punching Machine
The JZ-6010 manual punch machine is primarily used in rubber/plastic factories and research institutions for cutting standard rubber/plastic test strips prior to tensile tests. To cut any test strip, a dumbbell blade of a specific specification is required. The punch machine is mainly composed of: handwheel, triple-threaded screw, base, spring, shaft, shaft bracket, and platform. The机身 screw holes are equipped with triple-threaded screws, with a handwheel on the top end for rotating the screw. The bottom end of the shaft bracket is fitted with a sliding shaft, which is tensioned at the top by a spring and can be replaced with different types of blades on the bottom platform. When the handwheel is rotated, the triple-threaded screw drives the blade through the sliding shaft, allowing for reciprocating motion to achieve the purpose of cutting test strips.
2. Dumbbell Cutting Blade
Dumbbell cutting blades come in various types, which can be distinguished according to different standards. The dumbbell cutting blades most commonly used currently mainly comply with standards such as GB/T528, GB/T1040, GB/T8804, GB/T13022, GB/T8815, GB/T6344, as well as ASTM D638, ASTM D624, JIS, ISO, and others.
3. Dumbbell cutting die connection with punch press
Dumbbell cutting dies are connected to punch presses in three main ways.
3.1 No Connection
Some slitting machines are equipped with pressure plates, where the cutting blade does not need to be connected. Simply place the dumbbell blade on the test film and press it down directly through the pressure plate to proceed with the cutting.
3.2 Connector Link
For dumbbell die-cutting blades equipped with connectors, simply insert the connector into the shaft hole of the blanking machine, tighten the side lock nut, and the die-cutting blade can move up and down with the shaft of the blanking machine.
3.3 Magnetic Connector
Our factory currently produces blanking machines primarily with this type of linkage, which combines the features of the two mentioned types. It caters to the needs of both connector-equipped and non-connector-equipped dumbbell cutters.
4. Cautionary Notes
4.1 Under the sample, a protective layer is needed to safeguard the blade edge. We recommend using discarded thick books for this purpose.
4.2 The cutting blade requires rust prevention treatment. When not in use, apply rust-preventive oil, and we recommend WD40.
4.3 Regularly replenish lubricating oil in the three-head screw of the blanking machine.
