Axial split, horizontal mid-opening structure; no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet piping during maintenance. Additionally, the coupling end features a tapered shaft design for easy equipment inspection and maintenance.
With axial direction and longitudinal intermediate structure, it is not necessary to dismantle outlet pipe for repair. Besides, with cone axis design of coupler end, it is convenient in equipment overhaul and maintenance.
2. Designed with a sealing chamber to meet API 682 standards, featuring a modular mechanical seal for easy installation and maintenance. The axial compression is unaffected by any connecting part's axial dimensions, requiring no adjustment.
Packaging-type mechanical seal is adopted according to seal design of API682 standard. It is convenient in installation and maintenance. The axial compression is free of influences of axial dimensions of any connecting pieces. It is not necessary to make adjustment.
3. The bearing housing is a cast steel part with fins, utilizing a new non-metallic synchronous oil throw ring for more thorough lubrication and reduced oil contamination. It is equipped with a special bearing cover that meets both oil mist and oil bath lubrication requirements.
The bearing support is steel coasting with cooling fin. With new-type non-metal synchronic oil slinger, it is further sufficiently lubricated and pollution of lubricating oil is reduced. With special bearing gland cover, dual requirements of oil mist and bath lubrication can be satisfied.
4. Optimized bearing structure, featuring ball-on-ball, sliding-on-ball, and sliding-on-thrust bearings, to provide support for the rotor components.
By optimizing axial structure and selecting ball-ball and sliding-ball and sliding-thrust bearing forms, the optimal support can be provided for parts of rotor and the cost for bearing and support system can be maximally reduced.
5. Flanged outlets are designed to withstand three times the API load standard, utilizing API standard bases for enhanced operational safety, stability, and reliability.
Pipe orifice is designed according to API standard twofold load. API standard chassis is adopted to ensure safe, stable and reliable operation.
6. Forged reinforced rigid step shaft, optimized for hydraulic performance (with optional spool sections for future needs), meets power transmission requirements, enhances rotor reliability, and conforms to the typical design specifications of API 610.
With enhancement rigid stepped shaft (dead band can be used according to the requirement) optimized and designed according to hydraulic performance, power transmission requirement can be satisfied and rotor’s reliability can be enhanced and typical design scheme of API610 can be satisfied.
7. Impeller arranged in back-to-back configuration, balancing the overall pipeline and throttle bushes, and structurally counterbalancing the axial forces.
With back-to-back arrangement of impeller, pipeline and nockbush can be overall balanced
to optimize structural balance axial force.
8. Double-helix shell structure; precision cast impeller, ensuring hydraulic radial force.
With double-volute structural form, precision cast impeller can guarantee minimum hydraulic
radial force.
9. BB3 - Standard model, features a single-suction impeller, arranged in a back-to-back configuration.
BB3-standard, single-suction impeller, back-to-back arrangement;
BB3D - Primary impeller double suction structure, enhanced cavitation resistance.
Decrease the intake to speed ratio.
