1. Employing an advanced hydraulic model, the radial segmented structure connects the intake section, middle section, and discharge section with bars.
With advanced hydraulic model and radial direction sectional structure, tie bolt connects suction casing, connecting piece and discharge casing, etc.
2. Drum drum balancing mechanism and thrust bearing, which can effectively balance axial force.
With drum disc balancing mechanism and thrust bearing, axial force can be effectively balanced。
3. The bearing housing is a cast steel part with fins, utilizing a new type of non-metallic synchronous oil-spraying ring, equipped with a constant-position and pressure oil cup for more thorough and stable lubrication.
The bearing support is steel coasting with cooling fin. With new-type non-metal synchronic oil slinger and constant position and voltage oil cup, the lubricating is further sufficient and stable.
4. Enhanced rigid shaft (forged) design with pipe ends designed for three times the API standard load, featuring an API standard base, ensuring safe, stable, and reliable operation.
To strengthen rigid axial design, pipe orifice is designed according to API standard triple load. API standard chassis is adopted to ensure safe, stable and reliable operation.
5. Thicker shell design with 3mm corrosion allowance as required by API.
With thickened casing design, it meets 3mm corrosion allowance according to the requirement of API.
6. Designed with a sealing chamber in accordance with API 682 standards, featuring a modular mechanical seal.

7. The import and export directions can be adjusted as needed for the working conditions. The bearing housing can be equipped with water-cooled pipes or a fan cooling system, and the intake can be fitted with a guide wheel or converted to a double-suction impeller.
Direction of inlet and outlet can be randomly adjusted according to the demands of working conditions water-cooling coil pipe or fan cooing can be increased for bearing casing. Inducer can be added to suction inlet or it can be changed into double-suction impeller.
8. XBB4C - Chemical Pump, with a variety of materials available for overflow components to meet the needs of neutral and highly corrosive medium transfer.
XBB4C-chemical pump, many materials can be selected for flow passage components to satisfy the transportation demands of neutral and strong corrosion medium.
XBB4D - Precision Forged Centrifugal Oil Pump, featuring precision forging in the suction, middle, and discharge sections, with three heat treatments to ensure excellent process performance, suitable for high temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.
XBB4D- precisely forged centrifugal oil pump, suction casing, connecting piece and discharge casing are precisely forged. Besides, through heat treatment for three times, good processing property is ensured to satisfy application demands under high-temperature and voltage working condition;
XBB4G - Boiler feed pump, metal surface sealed between suction, middle, and discharge sections, supported by sliding bearings at both ends, cooled by circulating water.
XBB4G-boiler feed pump, metal face is used for sealing suction casing, connecting piece and discharge casing. With sliding bearing support at two ends, it passes through cooling of circulating water;
XBB4P - Self-balancing type, impellers arranged in a back-to-back symmetrical layout, which reduces residual axial force to a very low level, significantly enhancing operational stability.
