Steel and wood laboratory bench
1. Countertop: Made of 12.7mm thick solid core melamine board, with reinforced edges up to 25.4mm thick. The overall countertop boasts advantages such as resistance to strong acids and alkalis, non-toxicity, odorlessness, antibacterial properties, aging resistance, anti-mold, waterproofing, and moisture resistance.
2. [C-Steel Frame] Utilizes high-quality 60*40*1.2mm rectangular tubes for connection, with a surface finish of AkzoNobel epoxy powder coating, high-temperature cured, and treated for resistance to acids and alkalis, corrosion. The coating thickness is ≥75μm, and the protective layer has passed the impact test. It does not deform under a load of ≥500kg/㎡.
3. [Cabinet] Constructed with 18mm thick E1 grade melamine board, meeting national standards for formaldehyde emissions; all edges are sealed using hot melt glue and imported edge strips, automatically fused and trimmed by an edge-sealing machine, becoming one with the board for a strong, reliable bond, excellent moisture resistance, and durability; the board components use a dismountable three-in-one connection, ensuring a stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and ease of disassembly.
4. [Hinges] Choose renowned DTC brand hinges, featuring flexibility, noiseless operation, durability, and 100,000 successful open/close cycles without failure.
5. [Track] Choose renowned brand DTC three-section black silent tracks, offering excellent load-bearing and durability; passed destructive testing by authorized departments over 30,000 times, and endured 48-hour acid mist testing, demonstrating strong corrosion resistance.
6. [Hinges]: U-shaped aluminum alloy hinges or PP straight-line hinges, aesthetically pleasing, durable, corrosion and stain-resistant, color-fast.
7. Adjustable Combination Foot: Height adjustable from 0 to 30mm, each foot comes with a nut for stability. It features load-bearing, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and level adjustment capabilities, with an aesthetically pleasing design and user-friendly approach.
