1. Countertop: Crafted from 12.7mm thick solid core melamine board, the edges are reinforced to 25.4mm. The entire countertop boasts features such as resistance to strong acids and alkalis, non-toxicity, odorless, antibacterial, anti-aging, anti-mold, waterproof, and moisture-proof.

[C-Steel Frame] Utilizes high-quality 60*40*1.2mm rectangular tube connections, with the surface coated in AkzoNobel epoxy powder by electrostatic spray, cured at high temperatures, and treated for acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating thickness is ≥75μm, and the protective layer has passed the impact adhesion test. It does not deform under a load of ≥500kg/㎡.

[Cabinet] constructed with 18mm thick E1 grade melamine board, formaldehyde emissions meet national standards; all edges are sealed with hot-melt glue and imported edge strips using an automatic hot-melt sealing machine, forming an integral bond with the board for strong adhesion, excellent moisture resistance, and durability; panels are designed with a dismountable three-in-one connection, ensuring stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and easy disassembly.

4. [Hinges] Equipped with renowned DTC brand hinges, offering flexibility, noiseless operation, durability, and a lifespan of 100,000 trouble-free openings and closings.

5. [Guides] Selected DTC brand three-section black silent guides, with good load-bearing capacity and durability; passed destructive tests exceeding 30,000 times by authorized departments, and 48-hour acid mist test, with strong corrosion resistance.

6. [Handle]: U-shaped aluminum alloy handle or PP one-letter handle, aesthetically pleasing and durable, anti-corrosion and stain-resistant, color-fast.

7. Adjustable Foot Assembly: Height adjustable from 0~30mm, each foot comes with a nut for stability. It features load-bearing, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and level adjustment functions, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and user-friendly design.
