1. Steel gates should be parked on a flat, solid surface that does not obstruct traffic, engaged in reverse gear, and the parking brake applied. If parking on a slope is necessary, place wooden wedges in front and rear of the gate's moving mechanism.

2. Prior to starting or operating the actuator, a startup signal must be issued as required.

3. Inspect for any leaks in the opening and closing system; for tire-type steel sluice gates, check if the tires are intact and if the tire pressure meets the specifications. Examine the opening and closing mechanism, rotating system, swing mechanism, instruments, and gauges, and only after trial operation and confirmation of no abnormalities should they be allowed to enter the operational state.

4. Inspect the stability of the embankment and trench slopes to prevent the steel gate from toppling under load. During operation, the swing arm should be parallel to the walking mechanism, the turntable should be locked, and the machinery should be approximately 1 meter off the ground. When descending slopes, use the low gear and strictly prohibit coasting without a gear engaged.

5. No personnel is allowed to loiter in the steel gate operating area. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the cabin.

6. The site for steel gate usage should have access roads for dump trucks to enter and exit.
