Lightweight
Our company's BAS modified cement perlite composite core material has a density less than 600 kg/m³, making the entire board weigh only about 30% of traditional concrete materials.
High-tensile
Combining a lightweight steel frame with a high-strength BAS inorganic lightweight core material, this lightweight panel maintains the traditional advantages of heavy-duty reinforced concrete slabs in terms of high load-bearing capacity and safety. It meets uniform load requirements and boasts strong集中 load-bearing capability, making it an ideal material to replace traditional concrete roof and floor slabs.
Durable
A meticulously designed combination of material selection and construction methods ensures the product design has a lifespan of up to 50 years.
Core boards are made of inorganic materials, offering good stability, resistance to aging, and a service life equivalent to concrete materials.
The wire diameter of the bottom plate is over 3mm, with a protective layer thickness of over 20mm and moisture absorption rate below 0.1%.
The board has strong resistance to acid, alkali, and other gas corrosion, and after 25 freeze-thaw cycles, there is almost no change in volume and strength.
Insulation and heat preservation
The boards offer excellent thermal insulation properties with a low thermal conductivity coefficient. The overall heat transfer coefficient of the entire board can reach as low as 0.3 W/m²K, meeting the energy-saving requirements for building insulation in cold regions.
The boards offer excellent thermal insulation properties; when the outer side of the board is heated to 900℃, the inner side temperature is only 50℃, making them ideal building insulation materials for high-temperature areas.
Fire-resistant
Core boards are made of inorganic materials, non-combustible, and do not crack or release toxic gases when exposed to fire, making them excellent fire-resistant materials; the fire resistance of the entire board exceeds 2 hours, meeting the first-grade fire prevention requirements for components.
Waterproof
The steel frame lightweight panels come with a dedicated BAS composite anti-seepage coating at the factory, which, in conjunction with the overall roof waterproofing method, forms a reliable composite waterproofing system, addressing the issue of seepage common in lightweight panels.
· Blast Relief
Meets the requirements for special building roof and wall explosion venting and fragile design. Laboratory tests have proven that during an explosion, the steel frame of the lightweight steel plate will remain in the main structure of the building, while the core material is instantly crushed, achieving the venting purpose without causing secondary injuries.
Insulation material
Sheet material has an average sound insulation of over 40dB, meeting the sound insulation requirements for high-grade acoustic buildings such as studios.
Seismic-resistant
Steel frame light panels are lightweight materials that are beneficial for earthquake resistance. With reasonable seismic joint designs, they meet the requirements of an 8-degree earthquake fortification. Moreover, during an earthquake, the secondary damage caused by the panels is minimal, making them the ideal component material for construction in seismic zones.
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly
The main material of the board is all natural inorganic material, which does not release toxic or harmful substances, and the board has good breathability, ensuring healthy and comfortable living.
Board production can utilize part of industrial waste, categorizing it as a comprehensive utilization of resources product.
· User-friendly
Fast installation of the panels, with minimal construction steps, significantly reduces the construction timeline.
The panel shape and specifications can be customized according to customer requirements, meeting needs for drilling holes and hanging items, etc.
Panels provide a convenient and reasonable solution for construction of skylights for lighting, fan equipment, lightning protection systems, and secondary renovations.
·Simple maintenance
Boards require no special maintenance during normal use and have low operation costs; local damage can be repaired on-site directly, and individual boards can be replaced if necessary without affecting the overall structure.
