Our company's BAS modified cement perlite composite core material has a specific gravity less than 600 kg/m³, making the total weight of the board only about 30% of traditional concrete materials.
High-tensile
The combination structure of light steel frame and high-strength BAS inorganic lightweight core material maintains the large bearing capacity and high safety of traditional reinforced concrete heavy-duty plates, despite being a lightweight board. It can meet the requirements of uniformly distributed loads and also has strong concentrated bearing capacity, making it an ideal material to replace traditional concrete roof and floor slabs.

A meticulously designed combination of material selection and construction methods ensures the product design has a lifespan of up to 50 years.
Core board is made of inorganic material, offering good stability, resistance to aging, and a lifespan equivalent to concrete materials.
The wire diameter at the bottom of the board is over 3mm, the protective layer thickness is over 20mm, and the moisture absorption rate is below 0.1%.
The boards exhibit strong resistance to acid, alkali, and gas corrosion, with minimal change in volume and strength after 25 freeze-thaw cycles.
Insulation and heat preservation
The boards offer excellent thermal insulation properties with a low thermal conductivity coefficient, with the whole board's thermal conductivity coefficient as low as 0.3 W/m²K, meeting the energy-saving requirements for building insulation in cold regions.

Core boards are made of inorganic materials, non-combustible, and do not crack or release toxic gases when exposed to fire, making them excellent refractory materials; the whole board's refractory limit exceeds 2 hours, meeting the first-class fire prevention requirements for components.
Waterproof
The steel frame lightweight panels come factory-fitted with a specialized BAS composite anti-seepage coating, which, in conjunction with the overall roof waterproofing method, forms a reliable composite waterproofing system, addressing the issue of leakage commonly found in lightweight panels.
·Blow-off valve
Meets the requirements for special building roof and wall explosion venting and breakage. Laboratory tests have proven that during an explosion, the steel frame of the lightweight steel plate will remain in the main structure of the building, while the core material shatters instantly, achieving the explosion venting goal without causing secondary injuries.
Soundproof
The average sound insulation of the boards exceeds 40dB, meeting the requirements for sound insulation in high-grade acoustic buildings such as studios.
Seismic-resistant
Steel frame lightweight panels are lightweight boards that are beneficial for seismic resistance. With reasonable seismic joint designs, they meet the requirements of an 8-degree seismic fortification intensity. Moreover, during an earthquake, the secondary damage caused by the panels is minimal, making them an ideal component material for construction in seismic zones.

The main material of the board is all natural inorganic material, does not release toxic substances, and has excellent breathability, ensuring healthy and comfortable living.
