Prior to the dismantling construction of a chemical plant, it is essential that both parties conduct a safety technical briefing for the relevant operation managers based on the characteristics of the construction content. The safety reliability of the equipment and tools, protective gear (insulating shoes, insulating gloves, respiratory protection masks, safety helmets, safety belts, safety ropes, etc.) used in the construction operations must be inspected and confirmed. All operations during the dismantling of the facility must strictly adhere to the operation permit system and the corresponding safety technical specifications.

Demolition of buildings containing chemical hazardous materials requires participation of fire and safety departments for review, formulation of safety plans, and implementation upon approval. Temporary protective structures must be set up to prevent sand, stone, and dust from affecting normal production during demolition. Warning signs should be posted in the hazardous area. Ensure temporary power and water supplies for construction, and avoid using the electrical installations from the building being demolished for site lighting; additional wiring should be installed.
