The principle of Meijun Company's road shot blasting machine:
Quickly launch the pellets at a certain angle into the work area, impacting the surface to achieve a rough texture and remove residue.
By utilizing the centrifugal force and wind generated by the high-speed rotation of the shot blasting wheel, a certain amount of shot material is introduced into the tube, accelerated into the rapidly rotating separator wheel, and then ejected through the separator wheel's window into a directional sleeve. It is then ejected again from the sleeve's window, picked up by the high-speed rotating blades, and continuously accelerated along the blade length until ejected. The ejected shots form a fan-shaped stream that impacts the working surface, providing cleaning and strengthening effects. The shots, along with dust and impurities, are then反弹 into the hopper above. A high-power dust collector separates the shot material from the dust through a separator above the hopper, allowing the shot material to return to the hopper for continuous reuse, while the dust enters the dust collector via a connecting pipe. Once inside the dust collector, the dust is separated by the filter core, remaining in the dust storage hopper and on the surface of the filter core. An automatic backblowing dust collector can automatically clean each filter core at intervals using reverse airflow provided by a compressor. Finally, within the machine, the shot material and the cleaned impurities are separately recovered through the airflow of a matching vacuum cleaner, allowing the shot material to be reused. The shot blasting machine, equipped with a dust collector, achieves dust-free and pollution-free construction, enhancing efficiency and protecting the environment.
