Boron Carbide Nozzle Features:

Offering performance identical to boron carbide, it is extremely hard and wear-resistant, chemically inert to acids and alkalis, withstanding high and low temperatures, and high pressure. The density is ≥2.46 g/cm³; micro-hardness ≥3500 kgf/mm², flexural strength ≥400 MPa, and melting point at 2450°C. Due to the wear-resistant and high-hardness characteristics of boron carbide nozzles, they are gradually replacing sandblasting nozzles made of known hard metals, tungsten steel, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, and zirconia.
