‌Definition: Pressure vessel connected to the continuous blowdown outlet of a boiler, which separates high-salinity blowdown water into secondary steam (recoverable) and waste hot water (to be treated and discharged) through减压扩容‌.

II. Workflow

‌Input Stage: High-temperature, high-pressure waste water is extracted from the salt section of the boiler drum, directed into the expansion vessel via a pressure relief valve, creating a rotational flow to enhance separation efficiency._

‌Separation Phase: Waste water is insulated and expanded in the expansion vessel, part of which vaporizes into secondary steam. After being purified through a top-venting water-steam separator, it is then directed to the deaerator or thermal system._

‌Emission Stage: Excess waste hot water is automatically drained through a float ball level valve or overflow regulating valve, with some of the remaining heat available for preheating softened water.‌
