I. Product Description:
YBZD series explosion-proof type vibration three-phase asynchronous motors (abbreviated as explosion-proof vibration motors) operate on a principle similar to that of general-purpose vibration motors, utilizing high-speed rotation of eccentric blocks at both ends to generate vibration force as the vibration source. This series of explosion-proof vibration motors boasts advantages such as reasonable design, compact structure, high excitation efficiency, energy saving, long service life, reliable operation, and easy installation and debugging. They can serve as vibration sources in explosion-proof environments for vibration hoppers, vibration screens, round vibration screens, vibration feeders, and vibration conveyors. Their explosion-proof performance complies with GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments – Explosion-proof type 'd'". The explosion-proof marking is ExdⅡBT4, suitable for use in Class II A, B groups of combustible gases or vapors and air mixtures forming explosive mixtures in the T1~T4 groups.
The YBZD explosion-proof wall vibrator is an energy-saving general-purpose product powered by an explosion-proof vibration motor. It effectively eliminates phenomena such as bridging, arching, and clogging caused by internal friction, hygroscopicity, electrostatic charge, and composition segregation, etc., through high-frequency vibration and impact force, ensuring the smooth discharge of materials from the hopper and the necessary equipment for stable material supply.
The YBZD series material storage vibration anti-blocking device (silencer wall vibrator) is a specialized equipment designed to prevent and eliminate arching, pipeline blockage, and sticking phenomena within material storage, silos, or material doors, ensuring smooth flow of materials and enhancing the automation of material handling. It can be widely applied in various industries such as power, building materials, coal, chemicals, metallurgy, casting, light industry, food, grain, and transportation.
II. Working Principle:
The YBZD series storage bin vibration anti-blocking device (bin wall vibrator) operates on a principle similar to that of general-purpose vibration motors, utilizing high-speed rotation of eccentric blocks at both ends to generate vibration force as the vibration source. This series of explosion-proof vibration motors boasts advantages such as reasonable design, compact structure, high excitation efficiency, energy-saving, long lifespan, reliable operation, and easy installation and adjustment. They can serve as explosion-proof vibration sources for vibratory hoppers, vibration screens, circular vibration screens, vibrating feeders, and vibrating conveyors.
Section 3: Applications:
Explosion-proof motors are primarily used in coal mines, oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries. Additionally, they are widely employed in sectors such as textiles, metallurgy, urban gas, transportation, grain and oil processing, and papermaking.
Section 4: Maintenance and Care for the Explosion-Proof Vibrating Motor of YBZD
Proper maintenance and care of the vibration motor ensure safe and reliable operation, and extend its service life.
1. The bearings of explosion-proof vibration motors should be regularly (every 1000 hours) lubricated with Shell Epanol EP2 high-temperature grease by an oil gun into the bearing chamber. The recommended lubricant volume per bearing is 5-10cc. Do not use lubricants from other brands.
2. After a cumulative operation of 5,000 hours, the machine should be disassembled for maintenance and inspection. Clean the bearings and bearing caps while checking them, replace severely worn bearings, and then fill with grease to 1/3 to 1/2 of the space volume.
3. The machine has been in stock for over six months; it is required to disassemble, clean, and change the oil in the bearings before installation and use.
4. The machine must undergo a thorough cleaning annually, including the removal of dirt and oil from the motor interior. This task can be conducted simultaneously with the oil change.
V. Technical Specifications:

Section 6: Installation Location and Method:
1. Full steel plate material storage silo: The YBZD type unit should be welded onto the wall surface of the storage silo.
2. Full concrete silos and reinforced steel-reinforced silos: Vibrating plates should be installed inside the silos, and the YBZD type anti-blockage device should be welded onto the vibrating plates.
3. Upper section is a concrete material storage; lower section is a steel material hopper. The YBZD anti-blockage device should be welded to the surface of the dry material wall.
4. Storage silos for pure coarse bulk materials: Regardless of the form, vibration plates should be installed inside the silos for this material. The YBZD type device should be welded onto the vibration plate.
5. Chute: The YBZD type anti-blockage device should be welded at the parts of the chute where it is prone to sticking and material blockage.
The YBZD type anti-blockage device should be installed on the vibration wave antinode segment of the installation surface, which is located between one-third and one-fourth of the total length from the top or bottom edge of the installation surface.
