Key Points for Planting Reinforcement Bars and Screw Rod Construction:
Punch holes as per regulations→Clean holes with a brush and an air compressor.→TranslateA、BComponents to be mixed thoroughly and evenly→Proportionally mix and thoroughly blend the rebar bonding adhesive→Inject adhesive into the holes using a tool.→Insert steel bar or bolt by rotating it into the hole.→Cure→Quality Inspection
1.In accordance with engineering design specifications, on the base material(As concrete)Drill holes at the corresponding positions; the hole diameter, depth, and steel bar diameter should be determined by professional technicians or on-site testing.
2. Clean the dust in the drilled holes with a gas strut, a bristle brush, or a compressed air machine; it is recommended to repeat the process no fewer than3No dust or clear water should be present inside the bore.
3.Rust removal treatment is applied to the surface of the reinforcing steel and usedDiluentOr clean with alcohol wipes.

6.Avoid disturbing the fasteners during the curing process; fully cure at room temperature after gelation.1-2Day.
