During the demolition of the house, safety must be prioritized to prevent accidents; after the demolition is completed, the site should be cleared and handled to ensure it doesn't affect the surrounding environment and residents.
Concrete slab cutting methods:
Cut in blocks not exceeding 500 kg each, and unload the concrete blocks onto the floor below or ground level.
2. Based on the design drawings, determine the cutting area. First, mark the required cutting edges on the floor surface with a pen line. Then, determine the size of the floor sections according to the lifting equipment, which should be approximately 1.5m x 1.5m.
3. Clear the cutting area site, which primarily includes the removal of ground, building, and decorative debris; as well as any pipelines affecting the cutting process (such as ductwork, electrical conduits, and rainwater pipes).
4. The floor slab is cut using a flat-push electric cutting machine around the edges, while the middle section is fixed to the cutting surface with expansion bolts for the small cutting machine's track, allowing for segmented cutting.
5. Prior to floor cutting of the main structure, a steel beam is used to construct a lifting gantry, which is then fixed to the beams.
On the floor panels to be cut, drill 4 holes evenly using a drill machine, thread the wire rope through, then hang the ends on the hooks of two hand-cranked winches, and place the winch frame for the concrete cutting on the hoist.
6. Tauten the hand winch to ensure full tension.
7. Utilizing reinforced concrete cutting machines, with staff on-site for construction.
8. After cutting, use two hand winches to gently lift the cut floorboards and lower them carefully to the lower level floor or ground.
Walls Demolition & Interior Demolition: Wall demolition, wall saw cutting for wall cutting, wall removal, floor removal, door and window removal, wall cutting, concrete cutting, door and window enlargement, wall hole cutting, tile removal, partition wall removal, floor and stair removal, and project demolition.
Equipment used for concrete cutting mainly includes diamond hydraulic wire saws, hydraulic disk saws (also known as hydraulic wall saws), electric wall saws, handheld chain saws, road saws, large road saws, water drill cutting equipment, and water jet cutting machines (also known as high-pressure water jet cutters: due to their high cost and construction expenses, concrete cutting is not widely used in the market at present).
Static Cutting Demolition: During construction demolition, static demolition methods must be used, which means that equipment with high vibration such as crushers or jackhammers is not allowed to avoid secondary damage to the structure. Instead, static demolition tools like water drills,绳锯saws, hydraulic shears, explosive bolts, and splitters must be employed. Generally, water drills have a lower cost, while the cost of rope saws is higher.
Important considerations for house demolition construction include:
Employees involved in demolition construction must be trained by the administrative department's training institution and should obtain relevant permits to carry out construction.
Upon entering the construction site, the first safety consideration for dismantling work is to ensure proper protective measures. Operators should work on the erected scaffolding, wearing a hard hat, gloves, safety shoes, etc. When working at heights, a safety belt must be worn, and it should be properly secured and hung securely.
