Portable blast shelter for open-pit mining, 10mm steel plate thickness, with observation window
Portable blast protection shed, also known as a blast shelter, is an essential protective facility, primarily used in the civilian explosive industry, especially in open-pit mining sites and tunnel construction. Its main function is to prevent flying rocks from causing harm to workers during the blasting process. These blast shelters can be fixed or movable, facilitating civilian explosive construction, and customizable mobile blast shelters are also available.
Bunkers are typically made of explosion-proof steel plate, with an exterior layer of 10mm thick explosion-proof steel plate, which effectively blocks larger rock splashes and prevents any damage or exposure to the container body. Equipped with four supporting legs, they have been tested for durability and will not be easily crushed. The interior of the bunker features ventilation openings and protective meshes to prevent stone splashes from entering through the windows. Additionally, a separate observation hole is provided to monitor the outside conditions and determine if it is safe to go out.
The cabin of the anti-cannon shed is typically made of 7-8mm thick tempered steel plates, corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term outdoor environments. Inside, a 10mm thick hard insulation board is installed, with a static-resistant and flame-retardant felt on the inside for enhanced safety protection. To facilitate loading and unloading, lifting rings can be installed at the four corners of the top. The sides of the cabinet also feature ventilation holes and stainless steel mosquito-proof screens. The quality is stable, and the model can be customized according to requirements. When the depth exceeds 2 meters, a support beam can be added for increased stability.
