1. Overview
Our mine-use rail blasting vehicle is equipped with multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product consists of two main parts: the upper section, a mining blasting box composed of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates externally, 10 thick insulating wood boards internally, and 2 thick flame-retardant pads for fire, shock, and static electricity prevention; and the lower section, a material carriage suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Supports single and multi-side door openings for handling explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross-cipher locks and one mechanical cipher lock, which has been implemented with anti-theft and anti-destruction features.
3) The top of the case is equipped with four lifting rings for easy loading and unloading of the product.
4) Customized according to customer's requirements for tank capacity and loading volume.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for transporting explosives in coal mines and non-coal mine underground and above-ground blasting operations, our company has specifically applied for and obtained the "Mining Standard," which includes certifications such as the "Mobile Explosive Storage Box for Mining Use" with the 2022 new detection standards, along with the "Public Security Department Inspection Report," "Static Dissipation Inspection Report," and "Explosion-proof Inspection Report," among others. For different types of mining requirements, we have also applied and been approved for the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm gauge, 762mm gauge, and 900mm gauge tracks. These multiple reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently implemented a unified standardization for the above inspection reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, characterized primarily by the following two points:
1) Collated Certificate Type: Refers to the situation where the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Prevention Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate" are collectively used by multiple companies, rather than being held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: Refers to the inconsistency in model numbers among critical inspection reports such as the Public Security Inspection Report, Explosion-Proof Inspection Report, and Anti-static Inspection Report, etc.
3) The manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification, and does not have a complete production process or quality inspection process.
Please carefully and seriously identify, dear old and new customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products and the creation of significant safety hazards for the mining industry.
