1. Overview
Our mine-use rail blasting material transport vehicles have obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part consists of an external explosion-proof steel plate (6-8mm thick), an internal insulation wooden board (10mm thick), and two flame-retardant pads (2mm thick) for fire, shock, and static electricity prevention, forming the mine blasting box; the lower part is a material car suitable for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge tracks.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Supports single-sided and multi-sided doors for easy handling of explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross-shaped combination locks and one mechanical combination lock, has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Equipped with four lifting rings on the top of the case for easy loading and unloading of products.
4) Customizable according to customer's requirements for tank sizes and loading capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for the transportation of explosives for mining and non-mining underground blasting operations, our company has specifically applied for and obtained the "Mining Standard" certification. This includes the "Mineral Use Mobile Explosive Storage Box" with the 2022 new detection standards, as evidenced by the "Public Security Department Inspection Report," along with "Anti-static Inspection Report" and "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," and several other relevant certification reports. In response to the requirements of different types of mines, we have also obtained the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved unified standardization of the above test reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, which are characterized by the following two prominent features:
1) Certificate collage type: This refers to the situation where multiple companies use a collage of certificates, such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-proof Inspection Report," "Static-proof Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate," and these are not held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: This refers to the mismatch in model numbers of critical test reports such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Inspection Report," and so on.
3) Manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection procedures.
Please carefully and seriously identify, dear old and new customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products and pose significant safety hazards to the mining industry.
